I am a certified psychotherapist with the CRPO serving individuals, couples, and groups. Life can be difficult. With current times many feel anxious and depressed about their life and the challenges they are facing. No matter the size of the problem we are all looking to feel relieved from our problems and at peace in our lives. As with any journey, the first step is to seek help and work with a licensed listener. Taking the leap of faith to trust a skilled listener can be beneficial by shedding light amidst dark times.
I will work with you to find creative avenues to aid and support you in your therapeutic journey. My style of therapy is eclectic, allowing me to draw from a range of modalities based on our interactions and goals of therapy. Together we will work to determine which tools or techniques work best for your therapeutic journey.
I believe that one of the most important components that facilitate change is elicited by trust between the client and therapist. I actively work to provide an environment that facilitates comfort, support and free of all judgements.

My name is Victoria, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of
Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. My journey as a therapist is deeply influenced by my diverse experiences in life, from being an NCAA Division 1 athlete to navigating the creative industry as a singer-songwriter and producer and founding a refugee youth program in Toronto. These experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves to live a life of belonging and fulfillment.
With a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University, along with a Master of Counselling Psychology (M.A.C.P) from Yorkville University, I have a strong academic foundation in the therapeutic process. But beyond that, I bring my experience and a deep passion for understanding the unique challenges that every individuals faces.
I believe therapy is a deeply personal journey and everyone’s path to healing is different. My
approach is client-centered, and I work hard to create a space where you can feel safe, heard, and
valued. I understand how challenging it can be to open up and be vulnerable, so I take the time needed to help you feel comfortable and supported throughout our work together.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Person-Centered Therapy, to create an approach tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll work to better understand the challenges you’re facing, explore new perspectives, and develop strategies to support your growth and resilience.
